TYPES OF INSPECTIONS
Real Estate Transaction: (Buying a home) A home inspection will minimize your risk and provide you with specific facts regarding the physical conditions of your soon to be new home so an informed purchasing decision can be made.
Pre-certification Inspections: (Selling a home) By having a pre-listing inspection done, you can identify problems early. Then either correct them or present them as is, assuring that the first offer you accept can move quickly and smoothly to closing without delays or costly surprises.
New Construction: A professional inspection of your newly built home will give you in peace of mind knowing any problems have been identified so you can have them corrected before they can become an unpleasant surprise.
Home Warranty Inspections: Builders often give the seller a 12-month warranty to fix any issues found in or around the home. This type of inspection should be done one month prior to the expiration of that warranty to ensure that any problems found, will be the builder’s responsibility to cover those costs.
Commercial Property Inspections: This is usually requested from a company or investment firm. This type of inspection is used on commercially zoned business properties or housing with four or more residents.
